Ornstein claims that an agreement is “nearing completion.” Arsenal Danilo Arsenal are thought to be looking for a new midfielder today, and have looked into signing Danilo from Brazilian club Palmeiras. A £20 million bid has reportedly been made, but Football.London reports that a deal may be difficult to complete due to his current club’s reluctance to sell. Should the Gunners fail to secure a move in the next 24 hours, talks could be restarted in January. Luiz Douglas Luiz is another Brazilian midfielder on Arsenal’s radar.
