Since 2019, the center-back has been with Udinese in Italy.
Becao joined Serie A directly from the Brazilian top flight, following a brief loan spell at CSKA Moscow.
Both north London clubs may have contacts that they can use to persuade Becao to join them.
Becao played alongside Pablo Mari last season while the defender was on loan from Arsenal.
